Dr. Moran graduated from Medical School at University College Dublin, Ireland. He trained in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology at Children's Hospital, Boston. He has previously worked as a staff cardiologist at Children's Hospital Boston, Harvard Medical School and at Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children, Crumlin, Ireland. His current academic appointment is as Clinical Associate Professor, University of Vermont College of Medicine. His interests include fetal echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, cardiac magnetic resonance, and cardiomyopathy management/care.
Dr. Moran is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Moran's research has been published in several journals including The Journal of the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Journal, the American Journal of Cardiology, and Science. He is board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology.
